As an anaphylactic celiac, eating while traveling is a scary and often disappointing thing. I had my first HoB experience in March while visiting my mom. The moment I asked about the gluten free options and procedures, the manager came rushing over and informed me she has loads of celiacs and they had me. And they did. Including toast done on the oven or a dedicated toaster. I had an incredible omelet and a beautiful, relaxing meal. I will go back. But mostly, if you are a celiac and live in or buzzing through Poland, Oh —they will feed you beautifully and keep you safe!
